UPDC’s Festival Mall to be commissioned tomorrow 10th December
Residents
of Festac and environs are in for a whole new shopping and delightful shopping
experience as the Festival Mall is set to be officially commissioned tomorrow
10th of December 2015 by the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi
Ambode. The Festival Mall was conceptualized to service the demand for modern
retail space in the Festac Town, Orile, Mile 2, Satellite
Town, Abule Ado, Trade Fair Complex
areas of Lagos.
It
boasts of 46 shops including an Anchor retail shop (Shoprite), 4 screen cinemas
(Silverbird); a food court with four restaurants and other line shops with
brands like Medplus pharmacy, Ruff n Tumble, Maybrands, Slot and Lifemate
furniture etc.
Shoppers
visiting the Festival Mall are assured of ample parking spaces and adequate security.
The facility also has an ultra modern firefighting system and detectors; water
and sewage treatment system as well as supply of stable electricity supply via
IPP. CCTV cameras, Access controllers as well as plain clothes surveillance and
an incident repose team are already in place to ensure activities in and around
the Mall are closely monitored.

the mixed development estate where the Festival Mall is located is the
Residences. The Residences consist of One Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartments on
