This is unbelievable: A farmer squeezed 2 goats out of a snake

The images  showed the man squeezing two goats out of a boa constrictor after the snake swallowed them whole. The footage, shot on a roadside in Kerala, South India, showed the man pressing on the animal's swollen stomach to release the two goats. He grabbed the huge snake and wrestled with it, risking his life as he pushed and pulled the dangerous 6ft python between his legs as shocked onlookers watched him force out the snake's meal. Amazingly, the legs of one of them appeared as he continued to push the rest of its body out.

Bus crash at Japan mountain 14 persons killed and 27 injured

A bus taking passengers to a ski resort in central Japan has veered off a mountain road, killing 14 people and injuring 27. The bus, with 41 people on board, was travelling overnight from Tokyo to a resort in Nagano prefecture. The accident happened near the town of Karuizawa early on Friday. It is not immediately clear what caused the crash as there was no snow or ice on the road. Japan's transport ministry has launched an investigation.

New case emerges in Sierra Leone: Ebola virus

Health officials in Sierra Leone have confirmed a death from Ebola, hours after the World Health Organization declared the West Africa outbreak over. The country was declared free of the virus on 7 November, and the region as a whole was cleared when Liberia was pronounced Ebola-free on Thursday. But two tests conducted on a person who died in northern Sierra Leone proved positive for the virus,  The death occurred earlier this week.

Governor suspected of corruption - China Sichuan

The governor of China's Sichuan province, Wei Hong, is suspected of "severe disciplinary violations", according to a senior official. "Discipline violations" is a term often used to refer to corruption. Beijing's corruption crackdown has seen dozens of officials jailed in recent years, a drive criticised by some who see a political motive. Earlier this week Chinese President Xi Jinping said the anti-corruption drive was proving an effective deterrent. Wu Yuliang, deputy chief of the Communist Party's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, made the announcement about Wei Hong at a press conference on Friday. Mr Wei has been governor of the populous south-western province for three years. Before that he was vice governor, since 2007, according to state media.

IPOB threatens to resume protest

T he Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has threatened to continue its protest in the South East and South South states of the federation if  by January 18, 2016, its leader and Director of Radio Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu was not released from the cell of Department of State Services, DSS. IPOB alleged that apart from denying Mr. Kanu access to his doctors, the Federal Government through the DSS, has devised another way of complicating his already deteriorating health condition, by making him to sleep on bare floor, thereby making him to contract pneumonia, which may possibly kill him.
