Police Arraign 57 Suspected Rapists in Kano

Kano state Commissioner of Police, Alhaji Muhammad Musa Katsina, has described those  defiling innocent children against their will as shameless human scavengers whose sinister motive was to put the society at risk.

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday shortly after arraigning 57 suspected rapists at Magistrate court 18 of Nomansland Court, he lamented that some of the victims of  the rapists had already proven HIV positive with many of them recuperating in hospital for various degrees of canal injury.

The police Commissioner said the time has come for the shameless human “scavengers” to be put on their toes.
Katsina added that his command was ever ready to descend on anyone who takes solace in committing abominable crime.
